Quest Nutrition 香草蛋白奶昔，45克蛋白質，2克糖，3克淨碳水化合物，即飲，無麩質，12入

I love how filling these are after my morning workout—they keep me full until lunch without any jitters. The vanilla flavor is pleasantly mild and not overly sweet, which is a bonus for me. Only wish the texture were a tiny bit thicker, but it's still a solid grab-and-go option.

I was skeptical about getting 45g of protein in a ready-to-drink shake without a ton of sugar, but the vanilla flavor is surprisingly smooth and not chalky at all. Perfect for a quick breakfast when I'm running late.

Tried this as a post-workout shake and the 45g protein was perfect for recovery. The vanilla flavor is smooth without being too sweet.
