Been grabbing these for my post-workout mornings and cramming them in the fridge the night before so they’re ice cold on the drive in. The 30 grams of protein keeps me full well past lunch, and I actually like that the caffeine matches a real cup of coffee without the sugar crash.

The caffeine kick from that single cup of coffee is perfect for my morning drive, and the fact that it’s only 1 gram of sugar while still packing 30g of protein makes it my go-to when I’m rushing out the door. I’ve tried other shakes that leave a chalky aftertaste, but this café latte one is actuall

I’m not normally a fan of meal replacement shakes because they taste chalky, but this café latte one is genuinely smooth and the coffee flavor comes through nicely. It’s got caffeine equivalent to a cup of coffee, so it’s my go-to on busy mornings when I need both a protein boost and a wake-up call.
