Orgain 30克高蛋白飲品，拿鐵風味，每份含5克BCAA、1克糖，來自1杯咖啡的咖啡因，牛奶分離蛋白，代餐，即飲，生酮友善，無麩質，11液量盎司（12入）

The caffeine kick is spot-on—like a proper latte and not that weird artificial buzz some shakes give you. I crack one open when I'm running late for the gym and it's genuinely enough to hold me until dinner, the 30g protein making it feel way more satisfying than a plain protein drink.

I was skeptical about a shake keeping me full, but 30 grams of protein and just 1 gram of sugar actually gets me through the morning without a snack. The café latte flavor is smooth, not chalky, and that caffeine hit from a cup of coffee’s worth feels exactly like my usual brew.

The caffeine kick from that single cup of coffee's worth is just right for my mid-morning workout, and the 30g of protein keeps me full until lunch. It's surprisingly smooth for a shake this dense, and the 1g of sugar doesn't make it taste artificially sweet.
