Oikos 蛋白奶昔，獨家綜合包，30克高蛋白飲品，常溫保存，即飲，5克益生元纖維，12液量盎司瓶裝（8入香草，4入巧克力）

These are my go-to for days when I know I won’t hit my protein goal through meals, and the 30g per bottle makes that easy without any chalky aftertaste. The vanilla is my favorite of the two, but I like that the variety pack keeps things from getting boring.

I’m a fan of having both vanilla and chocolate in one case, so I never get bored mid-week. The 30g of protein keeps me full through the afternoon, and the shelf-stable bottles mean I can stash one in my gym bag without worrying about spoilage.

The chocolate one is surprisingly smooth for a protein drink, and the 30g of protein actually keeps me full through my afternoon meetings. I’ve been tossing a couple in my work bag since they’re shelf stable, and the prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus I didn’t expect from a shake.
