Muscle Milk 零糖蛋白奶昔，香草奶油口味，20克蛋白質，零糖，100卡路里，鈣質與純正奶昔，草莓，11.16液盎司瓶裝（12入）

The strawberry flavor actually tastes like real fruit, not artificial chemicals, and it's smooth enough to drink straight from the bottle. Since they're zero sugar and only 100 calories, I can have one as a mid-afternoon snack without ruining my dinner appetite.

Finally found a protein shake that doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste—the vanilla crème is actually smooth and creamy. Love that I get 20 grams of protein with zero sugar and only 100 calories, perfect for a post-workout boost without weighing me down.

The 100 calories per bottle make these perfect for a midday snack that doesn't ruin my diet, and the vanilla crème flavor is smooth without being too sweet. I've been drinking one on my lunch break instead of coffee.
