I’ve been blending it with hot almond milk for a cozy post-workout drink, and the ginger and cardamom really come through without being too sweet. The powder mixes smoother than most, and I appreciate having both grass-fed whey and organic plant proteins in one scoop.

Mixed it with oat milk this morning and the warm spice flavor was spot-on—no fake aftertaste like some powders I’ve tried. The 100% grass-fed whey and organic plant proteins blend seems like a smart mix for post-workout recovery.

The ginger and cardamom come through nicely without being artificial tasting, and I've noticed it blends smoother than other protein powders I've tried. Perfect for a post-run shake where I want something a little more interesting than plain vanilla.
