Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% 乳清蛋白粉，岩石路口味，5磅（包裝可能有所不同）

After trying a few different protein powders over the years, the Rocky Road flavor is definitely my new favorite—it tastes like a real dessert without being overly sweet, and I love that each scoop gives you 24 grams of protein.

Mixes up really smoothly in my shaker with just a few shakes, and the Rocky Road flavor is exactly like a milkshake without being too sweet. Been using it post-workout for a couple weeks now and recovery feels noticeably better.

The first time I tried it, I was surprised at how smoothly it mixes with just water—no clumps at all. The two scoops per serving gives me a solid 24 grams of protein without any chalky aftertaste.
