Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% 乳清蛋白粉，美味草莓口味，2磅（包裝可能有所不同）

The strawberry flavor mixes up completely smooth in my shaker with zero clumps, which is rare for a powder this fine. I’ve been adding a scoop to my morning oats and it gives them a nice, subtle sweetness without being overpowering.

The scoop is pretty generous for the price, and this strawberry blend dissolves smoothly in my shaker without clumping. I've noticed a real difference in my recovery after tough workouts.

The strawberry flavor mixes up perfectly in my shaker cup with no clumps, and it’s helped me hit my daily protein goals without feeling like a chore. I’ve been using it post-workout for two weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth it tastes compared to other powders I’ve tried.
