MusclePharm Combat 100% 乳清蛋白粉，餅乾與奶油口味，快速恢復與增肌配方，含分離乳清蛋白，男女適用高蛋白粉，無麩質，5磅，69份

The 5lb tub is a solid deal for 69 servings, and the powder mixes up smooth without clumping in my shaker. I've been using it post-workout for a few weeks now, and it's gluten-free which I appreciate, taste is decent too.

Finally found a cookies 'n' cream flavor that actually tastes like real cookies without that weird artificial aftertaste. Each scoop mixes easily in cold water and gives me 25g of protein for post-workout recovery without any clumps.

Mixes up thicker than most powders I've tried, but the cookies 'n' cream taste is spot-on without being too sweet. It's been helping me recover quicker after leg day, and 69 servings per tub is solid value.
