Dymatize Elite 酪蛋白粉，香草口味，100% 微膠囊酪蛋白，25克蛋白質，5.4克支鏈胺基酸，2.3克白胺酸，緩慢吸收，適合夜間肌肉恢復，4磅（55份）

The 25g of micellar casein per scoop keeps me full for hours, and the vanilla flavor is pleasantly mild. I drink it right before bed and wake up feeling properly recovered, though it does need a good shake to fully dissolve.

Mix it with cold water and it's thick like a milkshake, perfect for keeping me full through the night without waking up hungry. The vanilla flavor is actually mild, not overly sweet, and the 25g of slow-digesting casein makes it my go-to before bed.

The 2.3 grams of leucine per serving is a selling point for me as someone focused on muscle repair, and it mixes smoothly in a shaker without clumps. I've been using it post-workout in the evening and definitely feel less sore the next morning.
