Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, Ganhador de Peso em Pó de Proteína, Mass Gainer, Vitamina C e Zinco para Apoio Imunitário, Creatina, Chocolate com

I’ve been struggling to hit my calorie goals, and this powder finally makes it easy—one shake with whole milk comes out thick and creamy, and the creatine and zinc are a nice bonus for recovery. Tastes more like a dessert than a supplement, which honestly keeps me coming back for a second scoop.

The chocolate peanut butter flavor is genuinely rich, not artificial-tasting, and it mixes thick enough to feel like a real meal. Two scoops with whole milk easily gets me past 1,200 calories, and the creatine and zinc are a nice bonus for recovery.

I’ve been blending this with oat milk and a banana for extra calories, and the powder dissolves way better than I expected without clumps. The chocolate peanut butter flavor is actually enjoyable enough to drink every day.
