오이코스 프로틴 쉐이크, 초콜릿, 30g 고단백 음료, 상온 보관 가능, 즉시 섭취 가능, 5g 프리바이오틱 섬유, 12 fl oz 병, (24팩)

The chocolate flavor is genuinely rich without that chalky aftertaste, and the 5g prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus I didn't expect. I keep a couple in my gym bag and one at my desk, and it's been a solid way to hit my 30g protein goal without having to mix anything.

The 24-pack is my go-to for keeping in the car and at my desk, and the shelf-stable bottles are a lifesaver when I forget to pack a lunch. It mixes up thick enough to feel like a real treat, and the 30g of protein actually keeps me full past my afternoon slump.

The chocolate flavor is surprisingly rich for a protein shake, not that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with before. I toss one in my lunch bag on busy days and it keeps me full until dinner, the 30g of protein does the job.
