I’ve been mixing these into my morning routine as a quick breakfast, and 30 grams of protein with just 1 gram of sugar actually keeps me full until lunch. The 11-ounce bottle is easy to toss in my bag, and the vanilla bean taste is smooth without that chalky protein aftertaste.

The vanilla bean flavor is genuinely creamy, not that fake protein-taste, and 30g of dairy isolate makes it my go-to when I’m too rushed for a real meal. Sugar’s only 1g per bottle which keeps me on track. Still can’t believe how smooth it is for a keto shake.
