Quest Nutrition プロテインシェイク バニラ、ストロベリー、チョコレート 45gプロテイン、糖質2g、すぐに飲める、グルテンフリー、12本入り（各フレーバー4本）

The chocolate one is my go-to after lifting, and the 45g of protein actually keeps me full for hours, not like those watery shakes that leave you hungry. Sugar at just 2g means I don't feel guilty grabbing one on a busy morning. The strawberry's a nice change of pace, though I wish the pack had more

The vanilla shook up the smoothest of the three, but honestly all of them mix well for a store-bought shake. 45 grams of protein with only 2 grams of sugar is the reason I keep these in my gym bag, they don't leave that chalky aftertaste.

I grabbed the three-pack to keep in my gym bag, and the chocolate one is honestly the only protein shake I’ve finished without forcing myself. 45 grams is a lot, but it doesn’t get that thick, chalky feel—the vanilla is surprisingly smooth too, and 2 grams of sugar makes it easy to justify.
