オイコス プロテインシェイク バニラ味、高タンパク30g、常温保存可能、すぐに飲める、プレバイオティクス食物繊維5g、12液量オンスボトル、4本入り

This is my go-to shake after a late gym session. The vanilla taste is smooth and not overly sweet, and I love that I don't have to refrigerate it, so I can just toss a couple in my work bag.

Grabbed a bottle for an afternoon snack and was surprised how smooth it is for 30g of protein, no chalky aftertaste. The vanilla flavor is mild but pleasant, and it kept me full until dinner without any weird digestion issues.

The 12 oz bottles are easy to toss in my bag for travel since they don't need refrigeration. The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, and the 5g of fiber is a nice bonus I didn't expect from a protein shake.
