Oikos プロテインシェイク ソルテッドキャラメル味、高タンパク30g、常温保存可能、すぐに飲める、プレバイオティクスファイバー5g、12液量オンスボトル、4本入り

I keep a few of these in the work fridge for after my lunch run, and the 30g of protein with that 5g of prebiotic fiber genuinely keeps me full until dinner. The salted caramel is sweet without being cloying, and it doesn't have that chalky protein aftertaste I usually dread.

I grabbed these for post-workout recovery and the salted caramel flavor is genuinely enjoyable, not overly sweet like some protein drinks. The 30g of protein keeps me full for hours, and the prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus. Definitely stocking up next time.

Tried this as a late-afternoon snack and the salted caramel flavor is genuinely good, not fake-sweet like most protein drinks. The 30g of protein keeps me full for hours, and I like that it has prebiotic fiber too.
