The vanilla crème flavor is smooth and not too sweet, which I appreciate after a heavy workout. The 25g of protein with zero sugar actually keeps me full until my next meal.

I’ve been grabbing these after my evening workouts and the 25g of protein with zero sugar is exactly what I need—keeps me full without any crash. The vanilla creme flavor is smooth, not too sweet, and the 5g fiber is a nice bonus I didn’t expect in a shake.

I was pleasantly surprised by the 5g of fiber in this shake—I usually add fiber supplements, so it's nice to get it built-in. The vanilla creme isn't overly sweet, which I appreciate for a midday snack.
