The scoop dissolves almost instantly in cold water with a shaker—no clumps at the bottom, which I've dealt with plenty before. Each serving gives me a solid 25g of protein that keeps me full for hours after a workout, and the 120 calories fit perfectly into my cutting phase.

The chocolate flavor is spot-on, not overly sweet like most protein powders I've tried. I mix it with water and it dissolves completely with no clumps, and at 120 calories per scoop it's perfect for my cutting phase without sacrificing the 25g of protein.

The gourmet chocolate flavor mixes up incredibly smooth with no clumps, and I love that it packs 25g of protein with just 120 calories and almost no sugar. Definitely keeps me full after a workout without the heavy feeling some other powders give me.
