The 30g of protein from the isolate blend mixes cleanly in my shaker with no clumps, which I appreciate post-workout. Has a mild vanilla taste that's not overly sweet, and it doesn't upset my stomach like some powders.

The vanilla cream flavor is smooth without being overly sweet, which I appreciate after a tough workout. I’ve noticed quicker recovery in my legs since switching to this, and the 30g of protein per scoop really helps hit my daily target.
