The 30g of protein and only 1g of sugar per bottle makes this perfect for my post-workout rush when I don't have time to cook. It's thick enough to feel like a real shake, though I do wish the chocolate had a bit more depth. Still, it keeps me full for hours and I'm already on my second order.

The chocolate fudge flavor is genuinely rich, not that watery chalky taste I've had with other shakes. I’m actually full for hours after drinking one, which is huge for me since I’m trying to cut back on snacking at my desk. It’s my new go-to for busy mornings when I don’t have time to sit down for

I keep a pack in the fridge at work for those afternoons when lunch just didn't cut it, and the 30g of protein with only 1g of sugar hits the spot without the crash. The chocolate fudge taste is genuinely satisfying, not overly sweet or chalky like others I've tried.
