The strawberry flavor actually tastes like real fruit instead of that fake candy sweetness, and it only has 3 grams of sugar which I appreciate. It’s my go-to after workouts when I need those 32 grams of protein without feeling like I’m drinking a milkshake.

Mixes up really smooth with just water, no clumps at all, and the 32g of protein per serving makes it a perfect post-workout snack. The strawberries 'n crème taste is spot-on without being overly sweet.

The strawberry flavor is genuinely good—not artificial tasting like some—and I love that it packs 32g of protein with only 3g of sugar. Mixes easily in my shaker bottle without clumps.
