I’ve been mixing this into my post-workout shakes and the vanilla flavor isn't too artificial, which I appreciate. The powder dissolves fairly well in my shaker with no clumps left behind. Definitely helps me feel recovered after heavy lifting sessions.

That 50g of protein per scoop is no joke—keeps me full for hours post-workout. I was surprised the powder mixes smoothly with just water, though it does settle if you let it sit too long. The vanilla flavor is mild, not overly sweet, which is exactly what I wanted.

Mixing this into my morning shake, the 50 grams of protein keeps me full until lunch—way better than the 25-gram powders I used before. It dissolves pretty well with just a shaker bottle, no clumps left behind. The 3 grams of sugar is a nice bonus for someone watching their intake.
