Napój białkowy Oikos, Karmel solony, 30g białka, trwały, gotowy do picia, 5g błonnika prebiotycznego, butelka 355 ml, 12 sztuk

The salted caramel flavor tastes genuinely indulgent for something with zero added sugar, and the 5g of prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus I didn't expect. I grab one after my morning workout and it's smooth, not chalky at all. Already ordered another case.

The 30g of protein actually keeps me full through the morning meetings, and the 5g prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus I didn't expect. The salted caramel is sweet but not cloying, which works when I'm not in the mood for a heavy breakfast.

The salted caramel flavor is genuinely good, not artificially sweet, and the shake is thick enough to feel like a real meal replacement. I grab one after my evening workout and the 30g of protein plus the prebiotic fiber keeps me full until breakfast.
