Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% 웨이 프로틴 파우더, 바닐라 아이스크림 맛, 1파운드 (1팩)

The 1-pound pack is perfect for trying it out without committing to a huge tub, and the vanilla ice cream taste is genuinely pleasant without that chalky aftertaste. It dissolves quickly in my shaker with just water, which makes it easy to down after a workout.

The vanilla ice cream flavor mixes up smooth with just water, no clumps left at the bottom of my shaker. It's a solid 24 grams of protein per scoop, and the 1-pound bag is perfect for trying it out before committing to a bigger size.

I've been using this for my post-workout shakes and it mixes up really well with just a shaker bottle—no clumps at all. The vanilla flavor is subtle but pleasant, and a single scoop has that 24g of protein I need without feeling heavy.
