머슬 밀크 제뉴인 프로틴 파우더, 스트로베리 앤 크림, 단백질 32g, 4.94파운드

I’ve been using this after my evening workouts, and the 32g of protein per scoop is exactly what I need to feel full and recovered. The container is massive at nearly 5 pounds, so it lasts me a solid month.

The strawberry flavor is spot-on—not too artificial—and it dissolves really well in my shaker with just a few shakes. I've been adding it to my morning oatmeal for a protein boost, and 32g per scoop keeps me full through lunch.

I was skeptical about the powder mixing without a blender, but it dissolves pretty smoothly in a shaker cup for a quick post-workout drink. The 32g of protein per serving helps me feel full without being too heavy—exactly what I was hoping for.
