The 22 grams per serving actually keeps me full until my next meal, which is rare for a shake. I was skeptical about monk fruit sweetener, but it doesn't leave that weird aftertaste I get from stevia. Mixed up smooth with just water, no clumps.

The chocolate peanut butter flavor hits that sweet spot—rich but not cloying, and the monk fruit blend means no weird aftertaste like other low-sugar powders. I’ve been mixing it with water post-workout and the 22 grams per scoop has kept me full without any bloating.
