BSN SYNTHA-6 웨이 프로틴 파우더, 미셀라 카제인, 밀크 프로틴 아이솔레이트 파우더, 초콜릿 케이크 배터, 48회분 (패키지 변동 가능)

The triple-protein blend keeps me full for hours after my post-workout shake, which is a big win for cutting snacking. Mixed with cold water it's surprisingly smooth, and the chocolate cake batter flavor actually tastes like a dessert without being overly sweet.

The chocolate cake batter taste is dangerously close to actual cake mix, which makes the 48 servings feel like a test of willpower. It mixes up thick and smooth with just water, no clumps, and the micellar casein keeps me full for hours after my shake.

I mix this chocolate cake batter protein with milk and ice for a quick shake after workouts, and the texture stays smooth without clumps. The fact that it has micellar casein alongside whey means I feel full longer than with just whey alone. Definitely my go-to for post-gym recovery now.
