The fruit punch actually tastes like a real drink, not chalky or fake-sweet, and it mixes up clear with no clumps even in cold water. I’ve been sipping it during my afternoon lifts and the 2.5g of glutamine plus electrolytes definitely keeps me from feeling wiped out afterward.

The knockout fruit punch flavor is genuinely refreshing, not that fake-sweet powder taste, and it dissolves clean in my shaker with no clumps. I've been sipping it through my whole workout and the 7g of BCAAs plus electrolytes keep me from feeling wrecked afterward, even on leg day.

I was skeptical about mixing this into my water bottle, but it dissolves completely with just a few shakes—no clumps or chalky residue. The taste is refreshing without being overly sweet, and I’ve noticed less soreness after leg days.
