I’ve been mixing this into my water during workouts and the blood orange taste is tart enough to keep me coming back, not syrupy like some powders. The 7g of BCAAs dissolve clean without that gritty film on my teeth, and I notice my legs feel less wrecked the morning after leg day.

The Italian Blood Orange flavor is genuinely refreshing—not that fake candy taste, and it dissolves clean with no grit at the bottom of my shaker. I’ve been sipping it during my lifts and honestly feel less sore the next day with those 7 grams of BCAAs.

The Italian Blood Orange flavor is surprisingly refreshing, not artificial at all, and it dissolves completely in my shaker with no grit. I’ve noticed less soreness the day after leg day since I started sipping it during my workout.
