The lemon lime flavor is genuinely refreshing, not artificial, and it dissolves cleanly with no gritty texture. I've been drinking it post-workout for two weeks and the 7g of BCAAs plus electrolytes definitely helps me feel less sore the next day.

I’ve been adding this to my water during workouts and it mixes instantly without clumping—plus the 2.5g of L-glutamine is a nice bonus for recovery. My muscles feel less sore the next day, and the lemon lime taste is crisp without being too sweet.
