Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass マスゲイナープロテインパウダー、ビタミンC・亜鉛配合で免疫力サポート、クレアチン入り、バニラ風味、6ポンド（パッケージは変更になる場合があります）

I’ve been drinking this after workouts for three weeks now and the vanilla flavor actually tastes like a milkshake instead of chalky powder, which is a huge win for me. The creatine and vitamin C are a nice bonus since I don’t have to take extra supplements, and one scoop keeps me full for hours. On

Vanilla flavor mixes up thick and creamy with just water, which is exactly what I need when I'm too full to eat another meal. The creatine in the formula is a nice bonus, and I've put on a few pounds in three weeks without feeling bloated.

The 6-pound tub lasts a long time, and I've noticed a real difference in my recovery after mixing it with whole milk post-workout. It's a solid 1,250 calories per serving, which helps me hit my daily surplus without feeling like I'm force-feeding myself.
