Optimum Nutrition ゴールドスタンダード 100% ホエイプロテインパウダー ダブルリッチチョコレート 1.98ポンド (パッケージは変更になる場合があります)

I've been through a lot of protein powders and this one mixes up with just water in a shaker with no clumps at all, which is a huge relief. The 24 grams of protein per scoop keeps me full for hours after my workout, and the taste is rich enough that I actually look forward to it.

The chocolate flavor is spot on—not too sweet, just the right balance for a daily shake. I've been using it post-workout for two weeks now and it's been easy on my stomach, which is rare for protein powders. The 1.98-pound tub lasts me about a month with one scoop a day.

Mixes instantly in my shaker cup without clumps, which is a huge time-saver after workouts. The double rich chocolate flavor is actually satisfying enough to drink with just water.
