Mixing egg, milk, and beef protein sounded odd at first, but I actually love the smooth texture it gives the shake—it doesn't get clumpy like some isolates. The rich chocolate flavor is strong enough to cover the taste of the beef, and I’ve noticed less soreness the day after lifting.

I was skeptical about a zero-sugar protein that actually tastes good, but this one mixes up smooth with no chalky aftertaste. It kept me full after my workout without any bloating. Only wish the scoop sat deeper in the tub—still, solid purchase.
