I dissolve a scoop in my morning coffee and honestly can’t taste it at all, which is huge for me since most powders leave a chalky film. Three weeks in, my knees don’t crack when I stand up from my desk anymore, and the added vitamin C and probiotics are a nice bonus I didn’t expect.

My stomach used to feel heavy after meals, but the probiotics in this powder seem to help. I mix it unflavored into my smoothie every afternoon and it dissolves completely. My joints feel less creaky after my morning runs.

I’ve been adding a scoop to my morning smoothie for about two weeks now, and the unflavored powder dissolves completely without changing the taste. My skin feels noticeably plumper, and I appreciate that it includes probiotics for gut health.
