Shake protéiné Dymatize Performance, Cocoa Pebbles, 30g de protéines, 6,1g de BCAA pour la récupération musculaire, sans sucre, faible en gras, 24

I was skeptical about a ready-to-drink shake being this smooth, but the texture is actually creamy with just the right cocoa flavor without that chalky protein aftertaste. The 30g of protein and no sugar make it my go-to for post-workout when I’m rushing to the next meeting.

The flavor actually tastes like the cereal, not some fake chocolate mess, and it’s surprisingly smooth for a shake that packs 30g of protein. I keep a few in the fridge for when I’m too lazy to blend anything, and they’ve become my go-to after heavy leg days.

I’m three weeks into a daily post-workout routine and these have completely replaced my powder shakes, mainly because I can toss one in my gym bag and drink it cold right after lifting. The cocoa pebble taste is spot-on for a cereal milk vibe, and I love that there’s zero sugar but still a solid 30g
