Muscle Milk ZERO, 100 kalorin proteiinijauhe, vanilja, 15 g proteiinia, 1,65 paunaa, 25 annosta

I was skeptical a 100-calorie shake could keep me full, but this vanilla powder dissolves smoothly in cold water with no chalky aftertaste. The 15g of protein per serving is just right for a post-workout pick-me-up, and the tub lasted me the full 25 servings.

The vanilla flavor mixes cleanly with just water and doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with in other powders. At 100 calories and 15g of protein, it's my go-to shake when I want something filling without wrecking my daily count.

I was surprised how well this mixes with just water—no clumps at all. The vanilla taste is light but satisfying for only 100 calories. Definitely helps curb my afternoon cravings without the heavy feeling.
