The first time I tried this after a heavy leg day, I noticed the 7g of BCAAs really cut down my soreness the next morning. It mixes clear and tastes like a light blue raspberry soda without any weird artificial aftertaste.

I’ve been mixing this blue raspberry powder into my water post-workout for a few weeks, and the 7 grams of BCAAs really help with next-day soreness. The flavor is light and refreshing without any weird aftertaste, and I like that it’s sugar-free but still easy to drink.

After years of trying different recovery drinks, the Blue Raspberry flavor is finally one that doesn't taste artificial or leave that weird chalky aftertaste. It mixes up clear in my shaker and I notice less soreness the morning after leg day.
