Muscle Milk Pro Series Proteinový prášek, Knockout Chocolate, 2,27 kg, 28 porcí, 50 g bílkovin, 3 g cukru, 20 vitamínů a minerálů, certifikace NSF

The 50 grams of protein per scoop is no joke—I feel way less sore the morning after leg day. Mixes pretty smoothly in water, which I was skeptical about for such a dense powder. The chocolate flavor is mild but not cloying, which works for me.

I’ve been mixing this with almond milk post-workout for two weeks now, and the 50g of protein per scoop is legit—helps me recover without feeling bloated. The chocolate flavor tastes just like a melted milkshake, not chalky at all.

The texture is much smoother than other high-protein powders I've tried, and the 3 grams of sugar is a huge win for my diet. A single scoop stirred into milk keeps me full for hours after my workout.
